OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE
Over time, we will have team meetings and one-on-ones with the Ministry Leader to discuss identification, assessment, and mitigation of key risks within Christ Community.  We will also meet with system leaders, ministry leaders, and others to list risks that they experience in their ministries.

Our  Ministry's role also includes helping key leaders address identified risks and producing a plan with those leader to resolve and monitor each area of identified risk.

Team members can expect to serve in this ministry 2 - 3 hours per month.

ROLES AVAILABLE
A team member can fulfill multiple roles in the ministry (e.g., Project Manager and Risk Analyst). The roles are further described below. 

Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will lead a team focused on one or more identified risks, in coordination with the Ministry Leader. Preferred administrative gifts/skils and minimum of 1 year prior project management experience in corporate, church, or other non-profit arena.

Risk Analyst
As a risk analyst, you will serve on a team or teams focused on identified risks. Required analytical skills with preferred minimum one-year experience in an analytical field (problem solving, report building, engineering, programming/coding, accounting). Training can be provided.

Documentation Specialist
As a Documentation Specialist, you will serve on a team providing administrative support in areas such as taking meeting minutes, updating Excel spreadsheets, documenting risk management plans, etc.
