WHY SERVE HERE?
Most individuals don't grow up learning first-hand about handling money in ways that honor God and build wealth over time - in fact, many are just trying to live day-to-day. Those who learned to handle money later in life recognize that it was an act of grace that they had the opportunity to learn and earn, and these are the types of people that fit well on Christ Community's dfree® Team. Many on this team do not even have accounting or finance backgrounds.
OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE
dfree® CONFERENCE TEACHERA dfree® Conference Teacher serves on a team who shares the teaching responsibility during the dfree® Conference. The dfree® material is shared via a power point presentation that covers the 12 Steps to Financial Freedom. dfree® Conference Teachers also share personal testimonies from their own lives.
The dfree® Conferences are held annually on a Saturday from 9AM - 2PM with lunch provided.Requirements to Serve as a dfree® Conference Teacher1. Participate as an observer in a dfree® Conference2. Ability to communicate with audience in an engaging way.3. Ability to use (or learn to use) power point4. Passion for helping people understand financial freedom5. Completion of dfree® online Facilitator training.
dfree® ONE-ON-ONE COACH
A dfree® One-On-One Coach meets one-on-one, on Zoom or in person, with individuals who completed the 12 steps of dfree® through a Conference or self-study. dfree® Coaches serve together, sharing one-on-ones. Time commitment is 2 to 4 hours a month.Requirements to Serve as a One-On-One dfree®
