Individuals who choose to join Christ Community do so for many different reasons, but whatever that reason is, our prayer is that the Lord will cause them to connect, engage, and thrive in this ministry according to His amazing plan. For this to occur, however, Christ Community needs to ensure that we're doing our part to help facilitate this process.

The CC Connect Team is instrumental in this facilitation. The role is rewarding because team members are able to help people realize the benefits of church membership, and help Christ Community be the place where each person truly can become a follower of Jesus who experiences life-change, and make a difference.

REQUIREMENTS TO SERVE AS A CC CONNECT TEAM MEMBER
1. Participate in quarterly meetings with the full team
2. Excellent observation skills
3. Familiarity with Christ Community's ministries
4. Passion for seeing members connect, engage, and thrive at Christ Community.
