Today, more than any other time in history, people are bombarded with choices regarding where to live, where to work, and how to live their lives. They find themselves asking, "Where do I fit in?" "Why am I here?" "What can I do to make a lasting difference in my life and the lives of others?" Members of Christ Community's P.L.A.C.E. Team get great fulfillment in helping people see their FIT, understand why they're HERE, and how God has called them to make a LASTING DIFFERENCE in their own lives and in the lives of others.
If you love to teach in front of a class OR one-on-one, and you love to help other people understand the call on their lives, the P.L.A.C.E. TEAM may be for you!

OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE

P.L.A.C.E. CONFERENCE TEACHER
A P.L.A.C.E. Conference Teacher serves on a team who shares the teaching responsibility during the P.L.A.C.E. Conference. The P.L.A.C.E. material is shared via a power point presentation that covers the "P" (Personality), "L" (Learning Spiritual Gifts), "A" (Abilities Awareness), "C" (Connecting Passions), and "E" (Experiences of Life).

The P.L.A.C.E Conferences are held semi-annually on a Saturday from 9AM - 2PM with lunch provided.

Requirements to Serve as a P.L.A.C.E. Conference Teacher
1. Participate as an observer in a P.L.A.C.E. Conference
2. Ability to communicate with audience in an engaging way.
3. Ability to use (or learn to use) power point
4. Passion for helping people understand their calling
5. Familiarity with the P.L.A.C.E. material

P.L.A.C.E. ONE-ON-ONE COACH
A P.L.A.C.E. One-On-One Coach meets one-on-one, on Zoom or in person, with individuals who completed a P.LA.C.E. Assessment as part of a P.L.A.C.E. Conference or, at other times during the year. The P.L.A.C.E. Coach reviews their specific Assessment with them over a 45 to 60 minute time period.

P.L.A.C.E. Coaches serve together, sharing one-on-ones. Time commitment is 2 to 4 hours a month.

Requirements to Serve as a One-On-One P.LA.C.E. Coach
1. Participate as an observer in a P.L.A.C.E. Conference 
2. Passion for helping people understand their calling
3. Familiarity with the P.L.A.C.E. material
4. Familiarity with Christ Community's ministries
