The primary opportunity to serve in Transformations is as a Group Leader.

Group Leader responsibilities and expectations are:

1. To commit to personal and spiritual growth.
2. To lead their group. (Set the tone and attitude. Model the commitment.)
3. To facilitate the study of the lessons.
4. To shepherd group members by praying for group members and communicating regularly with members.
5. To commit to one year of service as a group leader. 
6. To encourage fellowship among group members, including scheduling social events on a regular basis, ideally every other month. 
7. Be open to coaching and continued learning and participate in the monthly group leader meetings.
8. To track attendance and group activity.

Pre-Requisites for Transformations Group Leaders:
1. Must be a member of Christ Community, preferably for a year.
2. Ideally will have participated as a member in a Transformations group.
3. All group leaders must participate in the Group Leader training which is generally held in July of each year.

The next Transformations Group Leader training is in July 2025.
The next Transformations groups start in October 2025.
